Refund Policy for Clare Media

Satisfaction Guarantee: If you are not satisfied with our video or photography services, please notify us within 7 days of receiving your final product. We are committed to ensuring our clients’ satisfaction and will make every effort to address your concerns. If a resolution cannot be reached after our attempts to rectify the situation, a 50% refund will be provided.

Father’s Day Film – Change of Mind: If after booking our services, Dad decides he isn’t keen to proceed, we understand. Notify us before we commence any work, and we’ll provide a refund in full, less a 5% processing fee to cover transaction costs.

Time Frame for Refunds: No refunds will be issued after 30 days from the date of service. All refund requests must be made in writing and submitted within the specified timeframe.

Communication: We value open communication with our clients. If there are any concerns or hesitations, please reach out to us promptly so we can ensure a smooth and enjoyable experience for all parties involved.
